SHIPPING CHARGES

• UPS Ground Shipping is free for orders over $500.
• Orders under $500.00 will be charged a flat fee of:
  UPS 2-Day delivery 0lb - 10lb — $40.00
  UPS Ground delivery 0lb - 9.9lb — $20.00
  UPS Ground delivery 10lb - 20lb — $40.00

SHIPPING RETURNS

All returns must be received at the within 30 days of purchase.

Product Description / Product Code and Quantity

Dates of Purchase ( all returns must be must be within 30 days of purchase)
